Training by Synergy in Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement uses our proven “Learn by Doing” approach, where the skills and techniques are learnt by applying to real projects in our clients’ operations
- Business Risk and Opportunity Management – to control risks and convert into opportunities
Jim’s team, in conjunction with Professor Martin Loosemore of the UNSW, has developed an enterprise wide systems approach to risk assessment and management of all corporate and operational level risks. This has been customised specifically for the Australian Coal industry, and an Executive Briefing publication is available on the Synergy website which describes how this can be implemented. Visit the Synergy Website for free executive briefings on business critical issues.
